DEPOSIT

- A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot.

- Slots are on a first deposit first serve basis as we are an appointment basis studio.

- Kindly prepare your deposit to secure your preferred appointment slot.

LATE POLICY

- Strict 10 minutes grace period. Kindly inform us in advanced if you are going to be late.

- More than 10 minutes late will result in forfeit of deposit.

- More than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we have a tight schedule ahead.

- More than 30 minutes late, slot will be strictly cancelled.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION

- Rescheduling only allowed once.

- Any rescheduling or cancellations to be made 3 days prior to your appointment.

  >> Failure to do so will result in forfiet of deposit. 

- Last minute MIA, deposit will automatically be forfieted and BLACKLISTED.

REWARDS/ DISCOUNTS/ PACKAGE

- Kindly state the promo you are applying upon booking. 

(Especially limited edition promos as some are first come first serve basis)

- All promos are NON-STACKABLE.

- SHR Packages and loyalty cards are non-shareable and non-transferrable.

- Discounts for eyelash extensions can only be used for new sets.

- Referral Promos to be claimed within 6 weeks.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS 

- No damaged lash and previous lash lifts done 3 months prior to your lash appointment.

- DO NOT consume caffeine 4 hours prior to your appointment to prevent eye twitching and a comfortable lash nap.

- DO NOT come with eye makeup. ($5 Make Up Removals fee applicable)

JANILASH is not liable for any allergic reactions.

We strive our best to ensure 100% comfort during the process.

However, irritations and sensitivity are beyond OUR control.

Kindly request for a patch test (patch test fee applicable) if required and approach us for any queries.
